By accessing or using JsonFormTable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JsonFormTable provides JSON storage, mock REST API generation, JSON formatting, validation, and sharing tools. All plans have access to the same features; paid plans offer higher usage limits and quotas.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the authorised reseller (Merchant of Record) for all transactions. When you make a purchase, you are buying from Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms. Refunds are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to store or distribute illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, or conduct activities that disrupt the Service for other users.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JsonFormTable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
