Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Payment Processing
Payments on JsonFormTable are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who acts as the authorised reseller (Merchant of Record) for all transactions. Your purchase is made from Paddle, and Paddle's Refund Policy governs all refund requests.
2. General Policy
Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable once the plan has been activated and access has been granted. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis or where statutory rights apply.
3. Statutory Withdrawal Rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have a statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund:
- EU / EEA / UK: 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you have already started using the product.
- South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada: 7-day unconditional right of cancellation after delivery.
- Singapore: 5-day right of cancellation after first access.
These statutory rights are handled by Paddle directly. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
4. Discretionary Refunds
Paddle may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund request submitted within 14 days of your transaction date. Requests are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email.
- Or visit paddle.net and select "Request refund".
If you have questions about your purchase before requesting a refund, you may also contact us at [email protected] and we will assist where we can.
6. Refunds for Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues preventing you from using the Service, please contact us at [email protected] first. If the issue cannot be resolved, Paddle will assess a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
