Frequently asked questions
Can I use the JSON tools without an account?
Yes. Beautify, minify, validate, and the JSON-to-table converter are completely free and work without an account. You only need an account for API keys, collections, and persistent share links.
What is the Supporter plan?
The Supporter plan is a $50 one-time payment that gives you all Pro+ features — 150,000 records per endpoint, 3 GB storage, and 500,000 API requests/month. You also get a donor badge on your profile and priority access to suggest new features.
What counts as an API request?
Every call to our REST API authenticated with your API key counts once — that includes reads, writes, and deletes. Tool usage in the browser does not count against your quota.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
We'll show a soft warning at 80% usage and a hard limit at 100%. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
What is the Trial Pro plan?
Trial Pro gives you full Pro-level access for 30 days, completely free. No credit card required. After the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. You can then subscribe to Pro ($5/month) or Pro+ ($10/month) to keep access.
When will the Team plan be available?
Pro and Pro+ are already available — subscribe anytime from the pricing page. Team ($50/month) is still in development and coming soon.
Is my data really mine?
Yes. You can export any collection as JSON at any time, and deleting an account permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
